New Guidelines announced by the FA

With the resumption of grassroots football just days away, we have updated our club risk assessment following new guidance provided by the FA.

All participants will be asked to read through the attached document and give their consent to participate before being allowed to play.

Some key points identified within the document:

Consent must be given prior to the resumption of football by all parties intending to take part.

NHS Track and Trace QR Code to be used for all training and matches on each occasion at Addison Road using our Track and Trace App

All persons must conduct a self assessment prior to taking part. If any Covid symptons identified they MUST NOT attend and follow Government guidance

Pre match Covid briefings to continue to take place with all participants highlighting the code of conduct required.

No shouting or spitting - applies to managers, players and spectators

Staggered training times to allow for low areas of congestion and for equipment to be cleaned and sanitised in between groups

Our coaches will ensure that all necessary risk assessment, pre game briefing and track and trace are in place prior to travelling to any away venue

Easington Sports FC asks all members to read the attached document carefully before the 29th March 2021.

Any questions can be put to the Clubs COVID - 19 lead (Jamie Hunter / Richard Meadows) via easingtonsports@hotmail.com
