1. Please ensure you know which day you are playing and check out your fixtures in advance of attending.
2. Please ensure you have read the rules for the event before attending Rules (torneopal.com)
3. Please ensure you give out the correct parking information to your players /parents: Wykham Park Academy, Ruskin Road, OX169HY
4. An entry fee of £3 per adult is required to enter the field – cash only.
5. A managers meeting will be held at the control tent at 10am for all teams.
6. All games will start at 1030am – please ensure you are ready.
7. All scores and fixtures will be updated immediately through the tournament website and live league tables can be viewed.
8. All finals should be concluded just after 4pm
9. Presentations for all age groups will be conducted at the end of the Finals.
10. Food and drinks are provided for sale by ESFC
11. No alcohol is permitted at the tournament
12. Dogs are allowed if kept on a lead
13. Gazebos are allowed around the outside of the playing area.
14. Additional toilets will be provided. Toilets within Wykham Park Academy are not to be used.

This is the 6th year we have run the tournament in this format and the feedback we have received has been excellent.

We are proud that we use the skills of a number of our young referees and youth players. This year we also hope to be supported by some of our Open Age squads and Over 50’s squad. I would like to remind you now that this is a Youth Tournament and those who are helping to make the event as fun and memorable as possible are volunteers. We will not tolerate any comments or abuse aimed at any official or referee and any teams / parents / coaches found doing so may be asked to leave.
