Easington Sports FC travel to Northampton Town FC in the First Round of the FA Youth Cup.
Sports have reached this landmark stage of the competition after wins against Marlow, Didcot Town, Brackley Town and Matlock Town.
Sports are well aware of the tough challenge that awaits them at the Sixfields Stadium but Manager Jamie Hunter is sure that the group is looking forward to the challenge.
"The group have been fantastic so far this season in the competition. To have a mix of players from our first team, development team and Under 18 squad shows that we are getting the pathway right for young local players to play at the highest level possible.
Many started within our minis section and are now embracing open age football.
Thursday will be another challenge for us, Ive no doubt it will be one that the group will embrace.
Its a shame that some key members of the squad will be missing due to injury and holidays, but its a great opportunity for others to come in and shows the depth in quality of the players we have across the club.
It would be great to have as much support as possible to support the group - we keep going one round at a time. "
Please join us at the Sixfields Stadium for a 7pm KO. Tickets Adults / Seniors £6 U18 £3
For those who are unable to attend the game will be broadcast live on Puritans Radio
